Monday evening fitness returns
Firstly, a very Happy New Year to you all! I hope you had a lovely break of some sort? Secondly, if you feel the need to burn off some of those extra calories, fear not - a solution is here! Due to popular demand – and the fact there is no hockey for the next few weeks – Keely has offered to continue her Monday night Zoom fitness sessions!
We won’t send out reminder emails each week – just sign up to each session via the website, and use the same link below each week. The details are:
When? Starting this Monday, and then EVERY Monday, at 7pm for about 45min
What is it? “Motivation Mondays with KP!” A HIIT session (with low impact alternatives for those who need), with conditioning and core.
What do I need? Not a lot - just a little bit of space! And a drink. A mat helps if you have one, but not essential.
How do I join? We ask that you sign up to the event via the club website just as you sign up for training. We obviously don’t need the info for COVID purposes, but knowing how many will come will help us to plan and prep from a technology perspective too. The Zoom link you will need is in the club email. If you have not got that speak to your captain.
(Note – having your camera on is encouraged but by no means essential – feel free to keep it off if you want!)
