Fitness Training at 6:30 pm on Wednesdays
There will be some fitness on before training on Wednesdays for those that need a bit more.
We will probably use the surrounding area while the light is still good and if we want to continue into the depths of winter we can probably use the side of the pitch when back to hockey is going on.
So meet at top pitch 6.30 pm for 20-25 minutes of fitness, bring a different pair of shoes just in case we get a bit muddy. Men and women are welcome.
