Ladies 2s bounce back at BRN!

Ladies' 2s 3 - 0 Havant Ladies' 1s
Oxford Hawks Ladies 2s took on Havant Ladies 1s at home on Saturday.
The Hawks team had a great start to the game with the fabulous Harri Hargreaves making some superb runs down the right-hand side making life really diffcult for the Havant defence.
Minutes into the game Hawks were able to find the back board with a timely first goal of the season from Claudia!!! This was shortly followed by another goal from Kathryn making it 2-0 at half time.
However, Hawks knew the job was not yet done and continued to pile on the pressure in the second half.
The final goal came with the conversion of a well drilled short corner when Helen Nicholson was able to find the back of the net.
Great work from the team who bounced back from last week's result to gain 3 points at home. We're looking forward to next week's outing against Henley!
