Ladies' 7s draw with Aylesbury

03 February 2018, 16:30, Banbury Road North (Near)

Ladies' 7s 4 - 4 Aylesbury Ladies 4s

We were down to eleven this week with several people dropping out.  So were praying that no one got injured.  Aylesbury came along with a very young team interspersed with a few adults.  We started well and by half time we had a 2-1 lead.  We then increased it to 3-1.  They got one back, so it was 3-2 and then they levelled it to 3-3.  We were beginning to get tired now.  They scored again and were winning 4-3 with only minutes to go when we got our final goal to draw 4-4.   Sharon who had an excellent game got a hattrick and Kat got the final goal.  Sharon had an brilliant game and so, it was no surprise when she was voted player of the match by a large margin.
