The M1's entertained Indian Gymkhana on Saturday and repeated their rout of Milton Keynes the week before, winning by the same 7-0 score line. Gymkhana struggled to live with the pace that Hawks played with, and were soon behind to a goal from Will Heywood. Aussie import Ryan Hammond increased the lead shortly after and Andy Watts gave Hawks a commanding 3-0 half time lead.
The match followed a similar pattern in the second half with the visitors rarely troubling the Hawks goal. Ted Bennett increased his tally for the season before Andy Watts completed a hat trick, his third goal a superbly taken deflection. On the final whistle Drew Blackburn completed the scoring with a rare but universally popular goal.
