Falcons brees to easy win with no pottering or fish to fry!

07 October 2017, 12:30, Banbury Road North (Near)

Falcons 7 - 1 Windsor Vets

The Falcons were able to rotate their full squad in a convincing win against Windsor Vets by 7 goals to 1. Bear Smith was welcomed back to the side and put the game to bed with a first half hat trick with the indomitable John Kaluza adding the other.

In the second half Andy Bishop followed up a David White goal bound shot to make it 5. Cometh the man in the shape of  Richard Wilsdon returning from another game to replace the excellent Tom Biggs in goal and was soon picking the ball out of net. The Falcons added further goals through a deflected Bear short corner and Steve Griffiths completed the scoring with a smart deflection. Thanks to Hugh Bentley for umpiring.
