Men's 3s 2 - 3 Tring Men's 1s

Having spent the last two weeks playing title chasing Slough and Banbury, we faced Tring who had also only won one game. After conceding an early goal we started to find our rhythm and despite Robbie's green card we managed to get one back before half time. Harry Venables slapping the ball in after a great touch from Jake Taylor.

Having got together at the break we started the half a much better team. After our best period of possession Oli Lovibond found Ray Prince on the far post to break the deadlock and put us 2-1 up. Against the run of play they managed to equalise with a scrappy ball across converted on the far post. Strangely Jonny Flory then received a green card despite a goal having been scored. With ten minutes on the clock Tring received a debatable short corner which they then converted. A few chances came our way including 2 short corners but we couldn't convert.
