The Falcons dropped a home point in a very poor performance against a weak Oxted side who were as surprised as happy to claim a surprise draw against the league leaders at a rain soaked Banbury Road North.
The Falcons created chances but were held in check by the excellent visitors' keeper who made some fine saves. The only goal in the first half went to the home skipper who scored a scruffy goal that befitted the game.
The second half was probably worse and Oxted equalised from their only chance as a short corner was firmly struck past the rain soaked Richard Wilsdon.
The highlight was in the bar where the Falcons would have made their president proud in the way they socialised with their opposition!
