  Only a lovely sunny afternoon, Ladies' 8s took on Oxford 8s. After a slow start they got into their stride. They equalised in the last 5 minutes to draw 2 - 2

• Ladies' 8s in draw with Thame

  In a close game, Ladies'8s scored first but Thame equalised on a short corner in the second half.

• Ladies' 8s soggily surrender to better Uni side

  In the first half we gave a well-drilled Uni side too many opportunities to score. The 2nd half was much better but still we got no goals. Gabby GK won PoM.

• Ladies' 8s win again!

  It was an even game in the first half, but in the second half we piled on the pressure and were rewarded with a goal. Lucy Mallinder got the goal and PoM.

• Ladies' 8s in their first win!

  Ladies' 8s got off to a slow start in Slough but but played much better in the second half to win 4 - 3.

• Ladies' 8s play well in their first game but lose 0-3 to Marlow

  The newly formed Hawks Ladies 8s played their first match today. Despite some back to hockey & first match nerves, we settled quickly but still lost to Marlow.
