L6s showed great determination in their final league game against local rivals Oxford coming from a goal behind to win the game 4-1.

L6s showed that together they are stronger, making some great connections and short sharp passes to improve their goal difference with their home win over MK 3s

L6s vs Oxf Uni 4s - Two, equally matched in numbers but not in average age, sides shared the points as no goals were scored on a cold, blustery but sunny day!

Only cheers of the day came from the L6s 'down-under' players as Ash Barty won the Australian Open during the L6s 3-0 defeat away at Bicester.

Top of the table Leighton Buzzard showed just a more more pace and some clinical finishing in a competitive 2-0 victory against the L6s this weekend.

Early frost saw most matches cancelled so L6s were happy to hear the call that Aylesbury’s pitch was playable. Despite early chances for L6s, the hosts won 2-0.

For the second week running the L6s restricted their opposition to just a 1 goal victory margin. Maybe next week the score line will be reversed?

L6s played with determination to restrict league leaders to a close fought 2-1 defeat. Plenty of good things to carry forward to the next game.

L6s fail to build on their previous win in tough match vs Thame 2
First game back after the half term break saw a strong Thame 2s side take all 3 league points with a 5-0 win on a bright sunny October day.

Finally a first win in the new league for the L6s
A solid L6s team performance was rewarded with a 2-0 win against Oxford Uni 4s to secure the first 3 points of the season.

More injuries and a another defeat for L6s
Another game where L6s put noses and ankles in the firing line and despite being level at half-time, saw a well drilled Bicester side come out on top.

L6s find travel under new league set up not as easy as expected
L6s complicated travel plans got a team to their away game with petrol to spare but failed to convert their scoring chances to lose 2-0 against Leighton Buzzard

L6s 1st game against non-Hawks opposition under clear blue skies turned out to be a great game with chances on both sides. L6s claimed the 4-3 victory!

Ladies' 6s and 7s had a great game with mixed up sides.
Today’s match was an interesting one with ladies 6’s and 7’s mixing their teams. The final score was 6 - 5 to the blacks.
