Double County Champions!
Congratulations to the Men’s and Ladies 1s who both won ALL their games at their county hockey tournaments on Saturday! Both competitions were held at Hawks for the first time in recent years, and the day was a big success – on and off the pitch, with the new kiosk in particular getting rave reviews! Or “Jan’s Shack”…..whatever you would like to call it!
The Men beat Oxford 1-0, Banbury 3-2, Wallingford 2-0 and finally Henley 4-0, while the Ladies beat Henley 4-2, Banbury 3-2 and Oxford 1-0.
