Junior Section Coaching

Coaching across the junior section is overseen by Oxford Hawks Head Coach Andy Clark. Andy is an England Hockey Centrally Contracted Coach and Level Three qualified. His ongoing involvement with England Hockey ensures the junior coaching programme is up to date and based on England Hockey Single System principles.

Despite all junior coaches being volunteers, many are England Hockey Level Two and Level One qualified and several have further experience of the Single System through their involvement with JRPC, JAC and JDC activity. The club makes sure that there are sufficient qualified coaches at each training session.
